Sending a message or booking a meeting requires email verification and your confirmation. A conversation alone does not send a message or reserve a time.
Connecting ChatGPT, Claude, or another agent
Sign in to your own Alshival account and approve the permissions the agent requests. Customer workspaces need an eligible API & MCP Access service. Your workspace membership, role, and current plan still determine what the agent can do.
If a workspace is missing or an action is unavailable, ask your workspace team to check membership, service coverage, plan allowances, and the permissions you approved. Only authorize changes or approvals you intend the agent to perform.
Disconnect an agent
Open Account Settings → API & MCP → Connections and disconnect the app. Personal and workspace API keys can be revoked from the same page. Disconnecting stops future access; it does not remove information already shared with the external provider.
